Payments are collected and processed via PayPal, to ensure a safe and secure transaction. We will never store or pass on any of your card details or personal information. (approximately 4 inches X 3 inches)
'Benefits' like to ensure their customers are happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased, then we are happy to offer a full purchase price refund on receipt of the returned goods.
To return an item, we do stipulate the following:-
That you advise us of the problem within 24 hours of receiving your goods.
That the item and the packaging must arrive to our company in a perfect undamaged resalable condition.
The original sales receipt is enclosed with the returned goods.
The goods must reach us within 14 days of your purchase date.
Damage
Although we take great care in the packaging of our orders to avoid damage in transit, occasionally damages may occur. Should this happen and the item is damaged on arrival, we will replace it free of charge, or, if replacement is not available we will issue a refund.
We do however ask that you inform us of any damages within 24 hours of delivery and that the goods must be returned to us for proof of damage. (failing to do this may result in our refusal to replace the item or issue a refund).
